Terms of Service

  • By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the below Terms of Service.

  • This T.o.S. is subject to be altered at any time.

  • Last updated: 06/05/22

Payment

  • Payment is required upfront and in full.

  • Payment will be requested via a Paypal invoice.

  • You may request a refund at any time before the artwork has been completed.

  • Should the commission have not been started upon refund request, the client will receive a full refund.

  • Should the commission have been started upon refund request, the client will receive a partial refund to the following formula:

  • Refund requested after the sketch = 75% of price refunded

  • Refund requested after the lineart = 50% of price refunded

  • Refund requested after the flat colours = 25% of the price refunded

  • Post shading / artwork completion, refunds will no longer be available.

What You Will Receive

  • The completed artwork will be solely digital and never will any physical item be shipped to the client.

Commissioner's Rights

  • The client may use the artwork for personal use that gains no profit.

  • The client may not claim the artwork as their own.

  • The client may not use the artwork for commercial use.

Artist's Rights

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

  • I retain the rights to the artwork and may post the artwork publicly as an example of my work.

General

  • Never may LordStarryFace's artwork be used as an NFT whether you are the commissioner of the artwork or not.
